UNCLASSIFIED Title: (U) Search for information on SILAs DuANE BosToN or the Justin B in Honduras Re: 45C-SC-7578359, 08/04/2016 BOSTON. On August 1, 2016, A/Attache informed CID-ALAT b6 b7C that the search of paper records had yielded negative results. CID-ALAT also confirmed through the JIATF-South's Tactical Analysis Team that the Navy nor the Merchant Marines had any record of a vessel marked or identified as the Jason B ever entering Honduran waters. They admitted that local authorities' records management system is not adequately maintained, and that it could be possible that the vessel Rew ao ae paneeeneep naaeu aaey Aee Aaan pue aanaem ueanpeeh paanaey have lost any documentation associated with such entry..
