entered Livingston on 7/6/1978 with only BostoN and

board.
On 8/9/1978 the Justin B returned to the Port of Dangriga and
FRAMPTON and FARMER were not listed as part of the crew.
(Firemen) in Guatemala. The bodies were tied up and weighted down with
engine parts. The female was described as having a plastic bag over
her head and the cause of death was identified as "asphyxia by
submersion."
The remains were buried in the Cemetery of Puerto
Barrios. On 4/10/1979, the bodies were exhumed and positive
identification of the bodies as FRAMPTON and FARMER were made via
dental records.
On 12/1/2016, SILAs BosTON was arrested by the FBI and charged in
Federal Court with two counts of Homicide, Title 18 usc llll.
For the prosecution of the captioned case, the AusA's would.like to
have the graves of FRAMPTON and FARMER located and exhumed for
examination. DNA has been collected from living family members of
compared to the family for a positive identification..
and FArmER at the Puerto Barrios cemetary. Due to the size of the
cemetary and lack of records at the cemetery, the graves have not been
located. Sacramento appreciates the assistance of San Salvador and
understands the huge difficult task of locating the graves in the
Puerto Barrios cemetary.

Anthropology Department at Chico State University, Chico, California,
