the murder of Tupac and Biggy. He would not give me the informant's name over tne terepnone, our stated that
he would if he could sit down with you and your supervisors..
He aiso stated that he could not believe that the FBi had commented.

declined the case citing "no basis for prosecution." I told him that was not an uncommon procedure (the
declination), but
said that he thought our comment on the declination was unheard of and that it would
probably be an issue in some national press articles (Time magazine)..
