Re: Federal Grand Jury Subpoena
Dear Sir or Madam:
The enclosed federal grand jury subpoena seeks certain records regarding a criminal investigation.
Because this subpoena relates to an ongoing official criminal investigation, we request that you do
not disclose the existence or nature of the subpoena until you are notified that the investigation has
been completed. Disclosure could impede the investigation and interfere with enforcement of the.
law. Compliance with this request is completely voluntary, because the law does not prohibit
disclosure in this case.
