HARBORING FUGITIVES WANTED BY FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. SYNOPSIS Nitnesses Mrs. Luther Arnold and Geralene Arnold arrived St.Louis, Mo.. 8:30.A.Mo, l0-19-33 on board Texas Special. Witnesses then transferred to Alton train #2, reservations,seats 28 and 30 car #3, amd departed from St.Louis, Mo. for Chicago, Ill., 9:05 A.M. Transfer of'witnesses effected by Agents St. Louis Orfice and St.Louis Metropolitan Police Orficers. Chicago Division Orfice advised by telephone.. RUC. REFARENCE: Dallas, Texas Division Orfice wire dated October 18. 193s.directed to the St Louis Division .Office... DETAILS: Upon receipt of the reference wire adviaing that Mrs. Luther Arnold and Geralene Arnold, witnesses in the above titled case, sould arrive.in St.Louis, Missouri at 8:30 A.M., October 19, l933 on mr train #2 (Texas Speciel), arrangements were made through Chief of Detectives Jof the St.Louis Metro--. politan Police Department that a number of officers be present at the Union Station in St.Louis, Missouri at 8:30 A.M. on October l9, l93s to safeguard the arrival and Detnansfer of witnesses Mrs. Luther Arnold and Geralene Arnold from the above de-. seribed train to the Alton train departing for Chicago, Illinois at 9:05 A.M. on October 19, 1933. On the morning.of October 19, l933 Special Agent boarded Mkr train #2 at the Tower Grove Station in St.Louis, Missouri at 8:ll A.M.. located the above referred to sitnesses in lower berth #3, car fl28, and acconpanied. them to the Union Station at St.Louis, Missouri, where they'were met by Special Agent in Charge D. M.
