Hi, I .-w.g together, my understanding is the WH received a letter, attached, and sent it to ODAG. ODAG reached out to our DT folks on Friday (email pasted below). From there, there were multiple conversations -to include someone. suggesting that it might make sense for the WH to engage further with the NsBA before action. This was briefed in the morning meeting as well, and it did not sound like people were ready to suggest this approach as the next step. Though CTD is on the intake point, it is a criminal issue, so our ClD folks have also been engaged. I forwarded the drafts onto the DD and ADD as well so they're tracking that the Department is considering this. Naturally, would have no concern with them dire: ing the USAOs only on the issue.
