Mint, Spccial Police, that Senator DAnIel Inouye from Hawaii was in tho Mint.. left his office and went out onto 5th Street. where a black, ly-door, autorobile with on the side with white leathsr upholstery was double parked. b6 asked a nan standing by the car if ho couid b7C extend Senator Inouye a special tour. Tne man said tho Senator did not desire s special tour and did not want any special notico or onition during his visit to the Mint. The man told that when the Senator returned to the car he would oxtend offer to him. If the Senator wanted a special tour the man saia no wouad bring nin into tne nint or ne wouid cone back the next day with Mayor FRaNk Rizzo, Sonator VANCE HARTKE, MIKE DoUGLAS, and somoOne olso that could not parembar. said the man stated he was named and was the uncle of Phila- delphia Eacles football player.
