WFO, and SSRA FWRA, Philadelphia Division, on 03/11/05, 03/14/05, and 03/15/05. United States Capitol Police about a series of three telephone. messages left at the Nashville, Tennessee State Office of U.S. Senator william Frist of Tennessee. In the last voice mail. message, captioned subject allegedly threatened to kill U.s. Senator Frist. Captioned subject was identified as being responsible for these messages based upon a comparison of previous tapes of captioned subject to those of the most recent messages conducted by the United States Capitol Police. On 03/14/2oo5, captioned subject was interviewed by FwRA and denied making these calls.. On 03/15/2005, AUSA EDpA, advised that based upon his review of the content contained in referenced voice mail messages, he would prosecute captioned subject in the.
