Details: On 11/09/2005, at approximately 5:20 pm, San Francisco FBI received a call from San Jose Police Department(sJpD), San Jose, CA. regarding threats allegedly made by to Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren's Office. currently resides in. Bakersfield, California. was displeased with the results of a SJpD Internal Affairs Investigation and with the results of a review conducted by the San Jose Internal Police Auditor (IpA) (review board).
