Justice (DoJ) Office of Enforcement Operations, (OEo)
at the Federal
Correctional Institute (Fcr). Forrest City, Arkansas,
to record a
conversation with.
an inmate at the Fcr in.
Forrest City.
On May 7, 2oo5, an agreement was reached between the
Mobile Division and the Little Rock Division that the
investigation of the above-captioned matter should be opened and
worked from the Little Rock Division with Little Rock being the
Office of origin..
Pursuant to the agreement between Mobile Division
and
Little Rock Division, the above case is being opened. AUSA
Eastern District of Arkansas, has been briefed on the above
matter and is in agreement with conducting the investigation.
AUSA
further advised that she would conduct research into
appropriate charges if the investigation develops sufficient
evidence to warrant charges.
