This is the statement that went out Iast night.
"The FBi's Record Management Division receives thousands of FoiA requests annually which are
processed on a first in, first out (Fifo) basis. By law, FoIA materials that have been.
requested three or more times are posted electronically to the FBr's public reading room.
shortly after they are processed. Per the standard procedure for FoiA, these materials
became available for release and were posted automatically and electronically to the FBI's
public reading room in accordance with the law and established procedures.".
On Background:
1.
On Sunday, October 30th, 2016, patches to the FBI.gov content management system.
fixed the automatic feed of information to FoIA's Twitter account. At this point,.
between May - October 7, 2016.
2.
So, with the feed fixed, a tweet automatically went out when the william J.
Clinton Foundation file was posted today..
3.
Other than the Wm ..
clinton Foundation document all of the documents were previously released publicly over a
period of time on vault.fbi.gov..
