alleged that the FBI through electronic surveillance,.such.
havinq occurred approximately 20 years ago when he resided at
Brooklyn, NY, more than 100 musical
compositions of his work
"stolen".
Among these compositions,
Stated were such songs as "Raindrops Keep Falling" and
The Shadow of Your Smile"..
stated that after the theft
of such compositions, the FBf had given the works to FRANK.
SINATRA, RICHARD ROGERS, LEONARD BERNSTEIN, etC.
stated that he has communicated by letter on
several occasions in the past with all FBI Directors concerning
the above.
He stated that his letters of February, l978, laid.
surveillance thefts.
