his work at McGill University, and that although. it is the best opportunity
ever afforded him, he would sacrifice this position if maintaining residence
in Canada would jeopardize his American citizenship.
The Immigration and Naturalization records at Rouses Point reflect
that Dr. CAMEnoN understands that he must return to the United States to
establish domicile by September 22, l948, in order to retain his citizenship.
Dr. CAMERON told
in instant letter, that through
contacts he will be able to take all of his assets out of Montreal (despite

All investigation at Albany, New York, in this case was conducted
by Special Agent Peter F. Maxson, and investigation at Rouses Point, New
York, was conducted by Special Agent Edward A. McShane, Jr., during the
following periods June 3-6 ard 9, 1948.
