RAYMOND DOUGLAS BRADBURY On May 13, 1968, the records of the Retai1 Merchants Credit Association, Los Angeles were reviewed and they reflected that Ray Douglas Bradbury and his wife, Marguerite, had a record since l950. As of October 1959, his residence was lo265 Cheviot Drive. Los Aageles. California. The record showed the following inquiries: November 1, 1967, Chesterfield Music Shop; Dccemser ly66, Los Angeles Depart- ment of Water and Power; Septenber 1966, Alfred Dunkill,. 135 South Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills (telephone CR 4-535l). His occupation is 1isted as a 'ree lance writer and it shows he is a member in good standing of the Screen Writers Guild, Los Angeles, California, On June 22, 1968 and July 7, 1968, sources of. information familiar with some phases of Cuban activity in the Los Angeles area were contacted and they could furnish no information regarding the activities of Bradbury. On May 28, 1968, the records of the Los Angeles Police Department (LApD), 'Los Angeles, California, reflected that Ray Douglas Bradbury was arrested on December 3l, 1943 on suspicion of violation of a Selective Service and Training Act, 1940 and he vas released cn January 3, 1944, record number 62193, bookting number 5874. The records of the. LApD contain no additional record concerning Bradbury. On May 27, 1g68, the records of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Office (LAso), Los Angeles, California,. were reviewed and they contained no information identifiable to Bradbury.
