SA I stated that he is Land was born at Detroit, Michigan. stated that he is incarcerated in a California Stte Prison due to a conviction He added that he is serving a sentence of six months to ten years Sthat prior to being transferred to the imprisonment. he was incarcerated in the y-wing of the State Prison in Soledad. Californie. stated that he was placed in the Soledad Prison in July, 1968. further advised that he was incarcerated in the Y-Wing at the Soledad facility in January, 1970. He advised that at slain by inmates who were incarcerated in the'y-wing. recalled that immediately after Mills was slain aii inmates wereb7C locked in their cells as a security measure for approximately a month and a half.
