Sheriff Bebber received another letter dated Oct. 6, 1982.. stated b6 b7C that. to the best of his memory that the statement he had given us before. was all that he could remember about it.. On 1.0/13/82 Det contacted Georgia ' Bureau of Investigation and. b6 b7C they advised that they had sent out a. teletype nine days prior to the 13th.. And had.received no response at this time.. Shgrifk Bebber received another letter dated 11/07/82, Mr.. stated b6 b7C in this letter that he had made this all up. That he just wanted to be home for Christmas. 10
