C., in which referred to 3 killings. b6 of Ku Klux Klan members in North Carolina during l975 and 1976 committed by b7C other Ku Klux Klan members. His letter alleged the killings were done by and VIRGIL GRIFFIN. The victims were allegedly Klansmen. suspected of being FBI informants who received a Klan trial and were executed by the Klan. This matter was initially handled under the GReeNkIL investigation (CE file 44A-3527, Bufile 44-8l52l), as VIRGIL GRIFFIN and are b6 subjects in the GReENkIL case and are currently under indictment in the Middle b7C District of N. C., under Civil Rights statutes for the unlawful killing of 5. members of the Communist Workers Party (Cwp) in Greensboro, N. C. on ll/3/79. On 5/19/83 was interviewed at. JNCDC, where he is incarcerated after conviction. He provided more details. b6 about the alleged Klan killings and added the names of EDDIE DAwsON (also b7C currently under indictment for the ll/3/79 killings in Greensboro), plus (Phonetic) and as being present during one Or all of the 3 Klan trials and killings..
