Club recalls subject but could furnish no additional percinent inzornation about him. b6 CRIMINAL: b7C The records of the Thoroughbred Racing Protective Bureau reflected the following information as obtained by Special Agent on December 17, 1962: April 20, 196 - subject arrested at Jamaica Race Track; May 6, l96 - subject ejected from Clubhouse for making book, warned not to return to Balmont Race Track; July 5,'196 - sub,ject errested at Hnpiro Race Trach; Cctober 26, 196 - subject arrested at Jamaica Dace Trach; Fobruary 23, 197 - Eolnont records an undesiraolo listing and warning not to rcturn; March 15, 1957 - subject ejected fron Gulistream as recognized bookmaker. It is noted that Empire, Belmont, and Janaica are or were race tracks in the New York City area. Gulfstream is a race track in the Miami, Florida area. The records oi the New York City Police Departnent. on December 17, when checled by Inwesigative Clerk, was arrested for booknaking July 5,196 1902 reflected On October 26, 196 was and fined $so.00 or ten days. arrested for bookmaking and on December 27, 196 received a sentence oi three nonths in the work house, sentence suspended and fined $1o0.00.
