groups in the Lubbock area.

On June 9, 1978, a report from the ATF Laboratory,
revealed exhibits gathered from the scene of the explosion at
the A.A. Club revealed.residues of common ingredients of
comnercial dynamite detonated by a safety fuse using a known-
electrical cap.
On June 16, 1978, contact with the Lubbock County
Sheriff's Department and Texas Rangers revealed they had no
suspects concerning the explosion. Further, they had through
their respective investigations, failed to identify any group
or for that matter, any terrorist group
in the Lubbock area.
Ranger
and Sheriff Choc Blanchard
were, of the opinion, that the explosion at the A.A. Club
were separate
incidents.
