In l953, Klass was the subject: of an investigation in connection with the unauthorized disclosure of classified information in an "Aviation Neek" magazine artic:le written hy Klass. Since the classified information contained in the article could not be declagsified for purposes of prosecution, no action was taken in this matter.. In addition, Klass has come to our att:ention on several occasions when he was in contact: with Soviet pcrsonnel in this country. These contacts appeared Iegi.timato and space technology.
