EDGAR HOOvER of the FBI. Also, it was noted that sheets of paper used to prepare the handwriting on the above:letter were similar with sheets of yellow paper used to prepare the handwriting in the previous submitted evidence by the Charlotte Division. By letter dated September 30, 1971, the FBI Identification Division advised that latent fingerprints developed on the Ietter addressed to Mrs. MARTIN LUTHER KING at AtIanta, Georgia, postmarked Pembroke.
