previously submitted by the Charlotte Office which envelope
had all observable physical features with the previously.

conducted by the Charlotte Office concerning a letter directed
to J. EDGAR HOOvER of the FBI. Also, it was noted that sheets
of paper used to prepare the handwriting on the above:letter
were similar with sheets of yellow paper used to prepare the
handwriting in the previous submitted evidence by the Charlotte
Division.

Identification Division advised that latent fingerprints developed
on the Ietter addressed to Mrs. MARTIN LUTHER KING at AtIanta,
Georgia, postmarked Pembroke. North Carolina. have been identified
