Detroit, Michigan. advised that approximately weeks previously he was in Las Vegas, Nevada, gambling. ~He lost approximately $15,00o.00 at that time b6 and in the past two years has 1ost approximately $60,00o.00 b7C gambling by dice in various gambling casinos in Las Vegas. b7D On his last visit there, he lost approximately $8,Oo0.00 at the Sands Gambling Casino and left a marker there for $3,o00.00 and also stopped payment on a $5,000.00 check he left with this casino. ~He lost $2,ooo.00 at Caesar's Palace and left a marker for that amount there.. stated he did not know anyone nersonall in Las Vegas gambling casinos but recalls that (nbonetic) okayed his marker at Caesar's Palace for $2,ooo.00. Kphonetic) okayed the marker at the Sands and approximately two weeks preyiously he had received a telephone call from a of the Sands Gambling Casino, Las Vegas. as to what he intended to do about the $8.ooo.no he Owed the Sands. stated that he told. that he did not have any money and could not pay this gambling debt. She advised him that the debt would be turned over. to their Auditing Department. Qn the night of April 10, l968, at approximately 7:30 p.m,; received a telephone call from a (FiRST NAME UNKNOWN) RESNICK, who called him at his home and stated that he was the Mr. Resntck of Caesar's Palace.
