On September 27, 1965, Philadelphia Confidential Informant T-2 advised that prior to his death, SANro voLPE, SR. was the leader of the "organization".in the Pittston, Pa. area. He said that if you wanted a conference with voLpE, you were required to make your wished known to someone close to VOLpE, and subsequently you would receive a message stating that VoLpE wanted to see you at his home..
