1 To: Tampa From: York Re: 174C-TP-63929, 06/14/2004 On February 24, 2004, Iny! and Det. b6 NypD, assigned to JTTF conducted physical b7C surveillance at the Brooklyn Family Court, Iocated on the second floor on Adams Street, Brooklyn, Ny, in an attempt to locate. b7E and re-interview him regarding this case.. had scheduled court appearance for a pending matter with. however, he failed to appear. On February 24, 20o4, an unidentified United States building located at was interviewed while in the vicinity of the aforesaid address. He did not recall any recent deliveries of. mail that was particularly addressed to. at that address. and/or but neither one of those names have b6 knowledge, they had moved out and he was unfamiliar with any b7C current tenants. He also checked his delivery bag and had no mail going to that address on this date. Observation of the address by the investigating member noted that it was a six (6) On February 27, 2004, while at the FBI/JTTF Offices located at 26 Federal plaza, Inv. retrieved and recorded. on a micro-cassette tape, an Audix message that was called in to telephone number (#) from a person b6 identified as This message had originally been b7C received and stored by Audix on Thursday, February 26,"20q4 at 10:27PM. In this message [admits that there is no and that he personally made the threats to TRANS CONTINENTAL TALENT, INC. On June 14, 2004, Inv. forwarded all related case evidence, including the original check # I the micro-cassette recordings of the Audix messages obtained from. b6 to the FBI New York Office Evidence Control Room for. b7C safekeeping and subsequent transfer to FBI Tampa Office.
