I met with the witnesses, and stated that at approximately 1230 hours he received a call from the suspect, NOI. and the suspect discussed a civil matter involving money between Fashion Rock. and the suspect. The suspect became irate and stated to over the telephone that he was going to "blow up" the building.. asked the suspect if he was making a threat, and the suspect. replied, "Yes, towards you and your company. Your building will b6 not be there tomorrow." ended the phone call after this b7C statement. knew the suspect was because he identified himself at the beginning of the conversation, and the suspect has a distinct raspy voice, due to the assistance of a voice box the suspect uses. Soon-after-the-conversation-with the-suspect.called.back '.two-additional-times. -answeree-thecallsy-and-the: following statements were made. answered, "Thank you for calling Trans Continental Companies.
