While taking photographs of the cabin, advised that he observed blood on a towel and bed sheets. restated his previous order that no one was allowed into the cabin until the arrival of the Turkish authorities, including At approximately 12:30pm, the Turkish authorities arrived b6 b7C Centrum and were escorted to the cabin. They were described as dressing up in white suits, with socks over their shoes, hats, etc. The Turkish authorities took photographs from outside the cabin. uneaden aae aphundo dq uhgen dyn on noap fya ahea pande uaea Aae. that the cabin door be opened. The Turkish authorities began their crime scene examination. At this point,. departed the area. was then advised by Staff Captain b6 b7C that the Turkish authorities had removed evidence from the cabin. then contacted the Turkish authorities and asked if ship personnel could wash the blood from the canopy. The Turkish authorities had concluded their examination, to include blood swab samples. advised that the Turkish authorities granted permission for the washing of the canopy. was advised by Staff Captain of b6 b7C statements that were made, noises that were heard and time frames that were given. Based on this information, made the "Man Overboard Alert", basing the approximate location on the times provided, and sent it to the Greek authorities. The Greek authorities responded to alert and questioned why it was being sent so late? Jresponded that there was no sure way to state that there was a #Man Overboard" until a search of the entire ship was conducted. Based on the information provided by the Greek authorities conducted an Air and Sea search and rescue operation. When the Bos departed the port of Kusadasi, Turkey and was making it's way to Santorini, Greece. ordered a b6 "sharp lookout" for the man overboard.. further advised b7C that a "Man Overboard" alert is also distributed to other vessels in the reaion who also keep a "sharp lookout". Four (4) days later, checked with the Greek Coast Guard (Gcg), who
