Mr. Joseph Carroll of War Assets telephoned. By way of
Mr. Carroll about an employee of War Assets Administration,
who is in contact with Colonel Cooper at Monroe

he was trying to get rid of

were former Agents of the FBI. He intended to add other agencies by name, but.
When he mentioned the FBI by name, Miss Perkins stated -- "how unfortunate"
whether Mr. Carroll would consider investigative experience for the Civil Service.
