She stated that the Congressman was a personal friend of SA Cohrs and she was trying to reach Cohrs in order to obtain a tour through the Bureau for some friends of the Congressman.. Inspector spoke with and made arrange- ments for a special tour at 9:30 a. m. on July 21, 1965. stated that the tour was for and party for a total of eight individuals. was most appreciative for"the arrangements. Bureau contacted Congressman Culver in February, l965, since he was! a new Congressman elected to the 89th Congress and at that time he was friendly.
