internet, and/or telephone into one classification. 9E should be used
to investigate possible violations of Title 18 usc 875c (interstate
communications) or Title 47 usc 223 (obscene or harassing telephone
calls in interstate or foreign communications)..

Dianne Feinstein's San Francisco, CA office notified the U.S. Capitol
Police of a telephonic threat..
