RE : PEACE CARAVAN, 1969 AMERICAN FRIENDS SERVICE COMMITTEE DRAFT RESISTANCE UNION OF MEMPHIS (DRUM) tentatively identified as John White, a male white MSU student who has long Cavalier-styled brown hair, shoulder Iength, dressed in a long-sleeve light shirt and who is identical with the young man who appeared in the July 9 vigil wearing a dark blue suit. Also present was Victor MSU student, who is one of..the.seif-acclaimed _leaders_of. the.newly formed Draft_Resistance_.Union of. Memphis..(DRuM).. which was formed on or about July'7,' 1969.. Also present was a short, stocky girl, black hair,. idohtical with the Peace Caravan member*. Also present. was a white girl with long brown hair, wearing yellow as well~as MARY ANN McCLURE, MSU student, There were no incidents and no arrests, and the general public going into and out of the Federal Office Building paid little or no attention to the demonstrators.
