tentatively identified as John White, a male white MSU
student who has long Cavalier-styled brown hair, shoulder
Iength, dressed in a long-sleeve light shirt and who is
identical with the young man who appeared in the July 9
vigil wearing a dark blue suit.

the.newly formed Draft_Resistance_.Union of. Memphis..(DRuM)..
which was formed on or about July'7,' 1969..
Also present was a short, stocky girl, black hair,.
idohtical with the Peace Caravan member*.

McCLURE, MSU student,
There were no incidents and no arrests, and the
general public going into and out of the Federal Office
Building paid little or no attention to the demonstrators.
