One newspaper article by JERRy URBAN, Houston the date 5/25/90 written in the lower left hand corner. (Original) Enclosed for the Bureau are three (3) copies each of. an envelope, letter and newspaper article. Also, enclosed for. the Identification Division/Latent Fingarprint Section is the. original of the aforementioned documents which is included for fingerprint analysis. For information of the Bureau. the enclosed documents were received by the Houston b6 Chronicle, 80l Texas Avenue, Houston, Texas. advised b7C that the enclosed newspaper article appeared in the Houston. Chronic1e on 5/25/90. further advised that upon receipt. of the letter and newspaper article, he wrote 5/25/90 on the lower left hand corner of the article. For information of the Bureau and the Identification Division, efforts have been made to contact in an attempt to obtain fingerprints for suspect elimination purposes.
