The case has been basically closed since 2/2o0s but has been pending inactive due to evidence matters since then. Officially closing this case is long overdue, so here's the status of the evidence and a list of what needs to happen:. OCD's ECT has taken care of the evidence in ocd as per the below. email text. noted as such in Acs because ec has not been uploaded, the only outstanding items that need attention (as I understand) are 1B93 and iBi13.. 1B93 consists of three DNA samples from Hinrich. This b6 evidence was collected in Denver Division, put in storage on 10/5/2o0s by b7C and logged in at the Laboratory on 10/17/2o0s for DNA testing. 1B1l3 is a copy of the digital/computer evidence that ocd sent to DG It was sent to DG on 1/23/2006 by and put into storage on 1/23/2006 b6 by This is not truly evidence, rather it is a copy of the. b7C gues pue aaeap paey auo uo padetd sem aeeg aaeenrae aaandeen/eeatetp b7E as reguested by (request was made via email to writer by ssa. on 12/28/2005). discusses lbi13. The AcTuAL digital/computer evidence has either been returned or destroyed - 1B113. is merely a copy of this evidence. Serial 44l discusses the status of lB113 serial 1B112 (Fyi 1Bll2 was an Oklahoma University computer returned by sA on 11/2/2005 and documented in serial 347). WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN: 1. soon. Once this is done, Fan properly annotate the evidence disposition in ACS 2. - please see if lB93 has been destroyed or if it still. remains at. b6 the Lab. If' it remains, please destroy it and coordinate with. and b7C Denver's Ecc so we can get this item properly annotated in Acs as being b7E destroved 3. please contact at FBihQ and determine the status of 1Bl13 and what needs to be done with it..
