Fishback (D0b 10/19/1979) is a former United States Army Officer..
Fishback recently authored an email to colleaques at University of
Special Operations, the NsA, and/or the CiA. In his email, Fishback
complained that certain technologies and tactics had misused in the
operations against him. Fishback threatened, "If the Us fails to.
protect me, I will make every attempt to share high level, sensitive
classified information with the governments of European Union member
states." Fishback then communicated, "I feel justified in doing so
Fishback requested his colleague's assistance in urging Congresswoman
Debbie Dingell and the University of Michigan to open an investigation
communicated that he "might be killed" and that he did not see things
working out well for him..
In a separate email dated 07/13/20l9, Fishback reported that the U.s.
