Macaluso of the U.S. Attorncy's Office for the Northen District of Texas, in which distric had been previously convicted, who agroed to recommend lo the United Statcs Probation Office and the United States District Judge presiding over supcrvised release that Supervised release revocation be revoked, and he be sentenced to an eighieen month term of incarceration. plead true to a tcchnical violation of his supervised release, and not to contest the inposition of agrecdt the cighteen month sentence referred to above. The United Stales Atlorney for the Westem District of Texas agrees to make known to the 'Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles the nature and extent of any cooperation provided by Jo law enforcement authorities, inchuding but not limited to his assistance in the apprehonsion of fedora! fngitives.
