On April 18, 202e at approximately 1438 hours, a citizen complainant advised a white suv and tan

Leonardtown Road and Homeland Drive. I observed a Iarge banner mounted to the fence which read
"REvolurioN Is TrADirIoN" along with a website, Patriotfront.us. The banner was approximately 40x5
in size and it was handmade with cloth, duct tape, water bottles, and spray paint. The banner was
I searched the website listed on the banner and discovered a legitimate website pushing extreme
nationalist views. The website has videos of recent marches and banner displays, like the one.
photographs of banners placed in multiple states, to include Maryland..
The banner was poorly made and a potential traffic hazard if it fell towards the roadway. The.
banner was removed and placed into property held at District III. The Southern Maryland Information
Center (smic) was contacted and informed of the incident involving the banner..
The individuals who placed the banner are unknown at this time..
