Amarican Embassy, interviewed Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) country Attache, American Embassy, who furnished the following information: He was case agent in DeA's investigation of b6 Per DEA and as such had total access to all information b7C Per DEA obtained during the course of investigation, which included b7F Per DEA Federal Grand Jury (FgJ) material, until his transfer to in July, l984. In addition to currently Assistant Special Agent in Charge (AsAc), DEA, who was also assigned to the aforementioned investi gation, the following Dea personnel also had knowledge of the results of the investigation and the FGJ: material: currently ASAC, DEA who b6 Per DEA worked with b7C Per DEA pn investigation until April b7F Per DEA 1984, when he was assigned to currently DEA Headquarters, washington, nc formerly ASAC, DEA, Washington Field Office. reported to during investigation and he was continually apprised and brieted throught the investigation. and currently Staff b7C Per DEA DEA Headquarters who took over b7F Per DEA Coordinator, 1984, when was assigned to Both were completely briefed by on all aspects of the investigation. advised that the following individuals in the United States Attgrney's Office, Washington, D.C. had access to all investigation material. who was assigned Investigation. b7C Per DEA b7F Per DEA Chief, Major Crime Section and Joseph DiGenova, the United States Attorney, both were continually and totally briefed on all aspects of the investigation. 3-304
