SA s telephonically contacted b6 by Sacramento Division ASAC. and SA b7C and representatives of Sacramento County Shexiff's Office concerning captioned mattex. During these communications Sacramento Division and Sheriff's Office advised that they had a series of bizaxre homicides wherein several women b6 Bureau in- b7C volvement came into the mattex in that captioned victim, an infant, was taken from one of the crime scenes and was unaccounted for. Based on crime scene information, SA. b6 pro- vided a psychological profile of Unsub indicating the b7C following: White male aged 25-27 years; thin, undexnouxished appearance; single living alone in a location with one-half to one mile from abandoned station wagon owned by one of the victims on 1/28/78; residence will be extxemely slovenly and unkept and evidence of the crimes will be found at residence; histoxy of mental illness and will have been involved in use of drugs; will be a loner who does not. associate with either males ox females and will probably spend a great deal of time in his own home where he lives alone as .he is unemployed; if xesiding with anyone it would be with parents, however, this is unlikely; no prior military recoxd; high school or college dropout; probably suffer b6 b7C NDE SERIASZ 0 7 NAmcd E6L:QUANIICO Buy U.S. Savings Bonds Regularly on the Payroli Savings Plan
