Examination of this case file, Ls 91-0, serial 187, revealed that on December 29, 1997, Bank of b6 Louisville, 5oo West Broadway, Louisville, Kentucky, home address b7C home telephone number received a typewritten letter from Pastor Danny Ray Johnson, Heart of Fire Church, 50l7 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40291, telephone number 502/491-3587. The letter was hand delivered lat 5:15 p.m. The enclosed b5 b6 letter was taken to be a threat b7C On January 5, 1998, Pastor Johnson and seven other . individuals from various churches in the Louisville area, 500 West Broadway, Louisville, Kentucky. Bank of Louisville employees furnished to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on January 5, 1998, six color photographs of the assembly taken during the protest. The location of those photographs is not known at the present time.. On January 8, 1998, at 11:00 a.m., contacted b6 the FBI and stated that Pastor Johnson was again protesting in b7C front of the Bank of Louisville building. On January 8, 1998, at 2:00 p.m. Agents of the FBI interviewed Pastor Johnson at the Heart of Fire Church. The Agents identified themselves by display of credentials and by Pastor Johnson. Pastor Johnson acknowledged b6 that he sent the letter and that he meant no harm or. b7C overt threat.
