After being advised of the identity of the interviewing Agent and the nature of the interview, that being the fire that occurred at the Heart of Fire Church, 5017 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky, provided the following information: b6 As a property adjuster, stated that he is. b7C responsible for appraising property for claims. stated that he usually handles the complex and high dollar property claims associated with insurance loss. Istated that he has been gathering information b6 for Brotherhood Mutual, the company that insured the Heart of b7C Fire Church. stated that he will make or take estimates to make sure the property is insured for the correct value. In addition to estimating the value of the property,l stated that he will look at liens placed against the property. stated that he has gathered information on the liens associated with the Heart of Fire Church. stated that the insurance company covering the b6 Heart of Fire Church is Brotherhood Mutual, and that the person b7C he has been working with is. p.0. Box 2228, Ft. Wayne, With respect to coverage provided by Brotherhood Mutual on the Heart of Fire Church, stated that the policy had a b6 coverage face value of $855,0oo.00.
