(502)239-7075. After being advised of the identity of the agent
and the nature of the interview, that being the fire occurring at
the Heart of Fire Church, 50l7 Bardstown Road, Louisville,
Kentucky, he then provided the following information:
stated that he has been a volunteer with the

Fire Protection District.

advised that he was on truck number 7134, which was the
first to arrive at the fire scene from the Fern Creek Fire
Protection District..
stated that upon arrival, the
truck was pulled back towards the rear of the building and to the
left of the building from the front.
stated that he
positioned himself at the back door of the church.
was questioned as to whether or not the

building showed any signs of having been broken into and

stated that the Buechel Fire Department was there first
and that the door that he was to make entry through was already
open.

thinks entry was made from a side door by a truck that arrived
