After being advised of the identity of the agent and the nature of the interview, that being the fire occurring at the Heart of Fire Church, 50l7 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky, he then provided the following information: stated that he has been a volunteer with the b6 Fern Creek Fire Protection District. b7C advised that he was on truck number 7134, which was the first to arrive at the fire scene from the Fern Creek Fire Protection District.. stated that upon arrival, the truck was pulled back towards the rear of the building and to the left of the building from the front. stated that he positioned himself at the back door of the church. was questioned as to whether or not the b6 building showed any signs of having been broken into and b7C stated that the Buechel Fire Department was there first and that the door that he was to make entry through was already open. aya o3 ssedee moy o7 se pauotasanb sem b6 building was made and. Istated that access was made b7C through the back door.. stated that there were wires hanging everywhere from the ceiling. stated that he thinks entry was made from a side door by a truck that arrived later. was questioned as to whether not anvone b6 opened up the building for them to gain access and b7C again stated that the Buechel Fire Department already had access to the building. was questioned as to whether or not there b6 were any signs of the Klu Klux Klan having been there and b7C stated not that he could have seen.
