USDJ FRED J. NICHOL referred the matter to AuSA R. D. HuRD, who provided the envelope and letter to a Speciai Agent of the FBI for investiga-- tiOn. On 5/20/74, USDJ NICHOL, AUSA HURD and Attorney KUNSTLER, all of whom had handled the extortion letter and envelope, declined to be. fingerprinted; however, provided identifying information and also stated that they had previously been fingerprinted. Negative results of FBI Latent Fingerprint examination and anonymous letter file set forth..
