Stone, Camarillo, California, issued search warrants for these two locations and on this same date the search warrants were executed and numerous films and business records were seized.. On November 4, 1975, Joseph pleaded guilty to counts. On January 8, 1976, Joseph was sentenced to six months custody of the At:torney General by U.S. District Court Judge Lawrence T. Lydick for violation, Title 17, United States Code, Section l04, Willful Infringement of Copyright for Profit. All other counts of the indictment were dismissed..
