(U) In reviewing the documents obtained from CwRU letter, dated May 20, 1998 from Director, Academic Affairs, Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia, National Guard Office, 3o5o x Street, N.W., b6 Suite 207, Washington, D.C., was sent on A1-BAYOUMI's b7C behalf. The letter stated that Al-BAyouMI was a candidate for a full scholarship from the Government of Saudi Arabia.
