The side gates were left open to the garage area.. did a walk b6 b7C through and left the garage area between 8:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. During the walk through. did not recall seeing anything unusual. On Sunday morning [arrived to the garage area between 5:45 a.m.. b6 b7C and 6:00 a.m. received a picture text messaqe from. who is a member of the crew with the 43 car, of the rope. was in unable to see the rope in person. then informed his management of. the situation.
