FROM THE COMPILERS - parapsychology (psychoenergetics) is a field involving psychical and biophysical study of informational and energetic possibilities of living organisms, Parapsychology investigates the complex of phenomena relating to the interaction of living organisms with each other and with the surround= ing environment without-the mediation of sense organs known to us._ Inthe foreign literature on parapsychology, this, complex of phenonens — is designated by the term psi phenomena and also-by ESP_(extrasensory pet: tion). Considering the interest of Soviet scientists in-experimental and theoretical research abroad in the Field of parapsychology and considering — that our-country does not have a compiete bibliographical listing of the most recent foreign literature on this problem, the authors of this work (having at their disposal a large volume of information-and_ contacts with more than 35 countries of the world where parapsychology is-being studied) compiled the present bibliography on the given problem. The listing includes the more important monographs; surveys, and ar- ticles on experimental and theoretical studies published in the last 70 years both in-special-parapsychological journals and in publications from other ~~~ sources.
