statement to Capt. Bush T, Kelley, Asgistent Bage Weather Officer,
Chanute AFB:
nm & Devonbor 1946 et approximately 14,6 hours, I was walking
with Sct. Jense £, Doty, also of tho 16th Meather Squadron, towards
the Sano Neather Station when I notios¢ what appeered to bo a sky
rocket or cetecr. This object was heading upwards about a 15 degree
angle, soving from the north saat te the south south weet, The
object was white in solor, wery bright and moved shout two to three
tenths of the sky and then digappeared,

Station and reported seeing this,
