(] FBI Wanted Person entry in NCICFW , does not contain a FBI number; therefore, only a name stop
has been placed in the Criminal Justice Information Services (CHIS) Division Automated Name Index File. Check the Interstate
Identification Index (I) via NCIC using all available descriptors to retrieve identification records possibly identical with your fugitive.
If record located positively identifiable with your fugitive, modify your NCIC entry to include his/her FBI number. This will resuft in a
CHIS Division stop placed in fugitive’s fingerprint record. If no record located through II; however, fingerprints of fugitive are available,
> forward fingerprints via electronic communication to the Identification and Investigative Services Section, CJIS Division for placement of a
positive fingerprint stop.
w/a ser of the CJIS Division’s Automated Name Index File did not disclose a fingerprint record for the above-named fugitive. Endeavor
to develop any additional data that will identify this individual with a fingerprint record.
A name stop has been placed in the CJIS Division’s Automated Name Index File in your behalf. Enclosed is a copy of a civil fingerprint
card which may be identical with your fugitive. Your office should determine if these fingerprints are identical with your fugitive and
resubmit via electronic communication within 30 days to Identification and Investigative Services Section, CJIS Division for placement of a
