If no record located through II; however, fingerprints of fugitive are available, > forward fingerprints via electronic communication to the Identification and Investigative Services Section, CJIS Division for placement of a positive fingerprint stop. w/a ser of the CJIS Division’s Automated Name Index File did not disclose a fingerprint record for the above-named fugitive. Endeavor to develop any additional data that will identify this individual with a fingerprint record. A name stop has been placed in the CJIS Division’s Automated Name Index File in your behalf. Enclosed is a copy of a civil fingerprint card which may be identical with your fugitive.
