Writer also provided the NYO Press Office with a copy of a summary of the case that was written for the Director's briefing describing in detail the status of the investigating and arrest of LAMO. On 9/8/2003, writer was questioned by | whether there was an arrest warrant for LAMO and whether LAMO was aware there was a warrant.
