He stated that Winchell wanted to do a column on this letter if the Bureau had no objection. I told h that whatever he did with reference to writing t story concerning this letter was entirely up to him and wouldin no way @ffect anything the Bureau was doing. I suggested that he might desire to check with the Air Corps inasmuch as the handling of flying saucers was a matter of prin interest to them. He stated, "To hell with the Air Force.
