Winchester, 315 Cemetery Street, Jersey Shore, Pa., telephonically advised that in the early morning of 7-28-52, during a severe electrical storm in the area of his residence, he had observed seven unusual flashes i sky, each flash being accompanied by a loud report. Complainant, who appeared to be under the influence of intoricants, called as a result of recent newspaper stories regarding phenomena allegedly observed during past week in this country.
